The client was located in Australia running their company since 1998 and had a high reputation as a business in real-estate market. The organization is credited for most of the amazing architects around the country and also provides their real-estate marketing and promotional services for other potential firms in the same domain. The brand is known for their modern extraordinary and advanced designs and specializes in creating extraordinary buildings. They are at the top of the lists of successful real estate organizations.
Project Details
The client was searching for a type of outsourcing firm which could match their quality standards and their customer brand’s signature style and can be flexible as the requirements vary. Aumtec Solutions seemed to be getting along with the client’s needs and hence, took upon the project. They required us to perform image retouching, enhancing, cut-out, background removal and masking techniques on their raw property images. They wanted us to increase the aesthetic value of their photos and make them look pleasing, professional, and appealing to the eyes. The images were captured by unprofessional photographers and had many blurred lines, blemishes and exposures. Therefore, the client wanted us to use our expertise in Image Editing to edit the various images related to real-estate domain.
Observed Difficulties
One of the biggest challenges we faced was to align our working schedules according to the client’s time zone as the organization is located in Australia and has a five hour ahead time zone.
Another challenge was to edit more than 2000 images every day precisely in a short period of time, which was a prolonged process. The image had to be retouched, edited, and double-checked, all in the fast span of time to be delivered before deadlines. Also, providing a 24-hour support system was quiet difficult as we had to run everything according to the Australian time zone.
We faced some difficulty perfecting the panoramic images as they had to be stitched together to form a 360 view. But, the images had some big flaws like uneven lighting, blemishes, contrast errors, and blurred-lined. These images had to be edited similarly to form one 360-degree panoramic photo, and this tricky situation ended up slowing down our work.
