Project Requirements
Our client was looking for a dedicated team of hard working professional partner to assist them achieve their tactical mission. Their expectations of neat accuracy had to be met since there was no possibility of mistakes in medical records. One mistake can create big mishap in the process of claiming an insurance. Hence, the client needed a trustworthy outsourcing partner to swiftly and precisely assess their prescriptions data. But, the company had a hard time searching for a partner that fits right to their critical needs. Hence, they reached out to Aumtec Solutions and after deeply analysing their obstacles and requirements, we assigned our best experienced data entry analysists. Our partner wanted to protect the sensitive information related to disease and diagnosis and requested to keep absolute confidentiality in the process. The audit process and online orders had to be updated based on the patient’s medical background including the current treatment information, patient’s family medical history, other details and criteria. The final results approved by the client had to be sent to the affiliated insurance firms to approve the payment claim.

At the same time the client wanted to expand the project and the team alongside and searching qualified professionals for audit process was a tough task.
